Mie Genmaicha

Genmaicha is another type of Japanese green tea that's blended with roasted brown rice ("genmai" = brown rice, "cha" = tea). It has a super cozy, toasty flavor that’s a bit nutty and savory, often described as "popcorn-y" because some of the rice grains actually pop during roasting.

Brewing Recommendations:

• 5g tea.

• 300g water (195F).

• Steep for 2 minutes.
