Rose hip Hibiscus Honeybush Rooibos Chamomile Mulberry leaf Ginger

A ruby-red blend built for mornings and movement. The rose hip and hibiscus give a bright, citrus-forward tartness, softened by the warm sweetness of the rooibos. Chamomile adds a floral depth, and the ginger warms the body from the inside out. The result is a tea that is refreshing and gently energizing without caffeine. Equally good at breakfast, alongside a meal, or iced in summer.

Ibaraki sits just northeast of Tokyo

Ibaraki

Ibaraki sits just northeast of Tokyo, a flat and quietly productive stretch of fertile land. Warm summers and cold winters push plants to develop full aromatic profiles before harvest. Herbs grown here and dried gently at low temperatures retain a freshness and intensity that most packaged herbal teas simply cannot match.

Our Ibaraki partner grows, harvests, dries, and blends entirely on the farm. Instead of imported dried herbs that lose quality over months in transit, these blends begin with fresh-cut plants that are dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve their aromatics. The teas can remain in the cup without turning bitter, making them easy to reach for in the morning, evening, or anywhere in between.

Herbal tea brewing

Herbal Tea

  • 1.5g leaf
  • 200ml water
  • 203–212°F

90 sec – 2 min

METHOD

Pour near-boiling water over the tea bag and steep 90 seconds to 2 minutes.

TIP

The hibiscus and rose hip release color and tartness quickly — taste at 90 seconds and extend if you prefer a deeper, more rounded cup.
