Okuharuka Wakoucha

This tea has been slowly withered and moderately attacked by planthoppers resulting in aromas of ripe fruit and honey. Okuharuka known for its naturally aromatic qualities; producing more delicate, floral-fruity notes with a honey-like sweetness. It is produced by an award-winning producer based in Saitama, Japan.

Brewing Recommendations:

• 5g tea.

• 300g water (195F).

• Steep for 1 minute.
