Yumewakaba Oolong

A Taiwanese-style oolong using Japanese-grown tea with authentic Taiwanese equipment. It is withered using the UV irradiation aromatic device and finished using a Mochizuki-style rolling machine. This oolong tea has a sweet and fruity aroma. Produced by an award-winning producer based in Saitama.

Brewing Recommendations:

• 5g tea.

• 300g water (195F).

• Steep for 1 minute.
