This oolong is made from the Koshun varietal, and grown on mountains at an altitude of approximately 600 meters. It has a mellow flavor and sweet aroma with a mild fruitiness.


Brewing Recommendations:

  • 5g tea.

  • 300g water (195F).

  • Steep for 1 minute.

  • Enjoy for 3-4 brews.
