Crafted from the prized Okumidori cultivar, this ceremonial-grade matcha features a vibrant color and balanced flavor profile. The leaves are shade-grown for approximately 30 days after budding, developing rich sweetness and umami while maintaining a characteristic refined bitterness. Originally developed for traditional tea ceremonies (usucha), this versatile matcha produces a mild, rounded sweetness and a notably light body that makes it approachable for daily enjoyment.

Each batch is freshly harvested from 100% Okumidori tea plants in May 2025, ensuring optimal flavor and color.
