Born from a cross of Sakimidori and Saemidori, it contains higher levels of amino acids and lower levels of catechins than the classic Yabukita, translating directly into the cup: rich umami, natural sweetness, and a gentle, lingering aroma. Sourced from Yame, Fukuoka's storied growing region.
